Awakening Self-Love is an intimate space to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life.
Held in ceremony with cacao, we create space to listen inwardly and meet what is present with curiosity, tenderness and awareness.
Through somatic embodiment, breath, tantric practice, intuitive movement and sacred sound, you are invited to explore your own inner landscape in a way that feels right for your body.
