The Sanskrit word Kundalini (“Serpent”) is a description of the life force energy that lies coiled like a snake in the area at the base of the spine. Located on you back at the base of your spine, toward the bottom of your back where your hips, waist and buttocks meet there is an area of ridges that form an upside down triangle. These ridges are bone fragments fused together to form the area known as your Sacrum or “Sacred Bone”.
Why is your Sacrum so sacred?
Because your Sacrum covers a gland known as the Kunda gland. The Kunda gland has mystical properties whose functions are relatively unknown in modern medicine.
But in Tantra the Kunda gland is one of the most important glands in human evolution, and its mystical properties are the basis for healing and rejuvinating the body. Ancient Tantrics practiced regularly the stimulation of the Kunda gland through a massage we call the Kundalini Massage.
With the recipient lying prone on his/her stomach, on an outstreched towel, the massage therapist sits or stands to the left of the client. The client can be fully clothed, fully nude, or half-nude with his/her top off. Kundalini massage can be described as
Soothing, Restorative and a Profound experience. It is a nourishing treatment that has an extraordinarily restorative effect on the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Chakra and sound healing activate and channel the Kundalini – the dormant energy at the base of the spine: tension is lifted; negativity is released; and the body is brought back to a state of awareness and balance.

Kundalini is healing transforming energy, that spirals throughout every human body. I facilitate this awakening with kundalini massage allowing you to surrender as you tap into this blissful healing energy and become familiar with it.
I create a safe, loving and ethereal space using colors, scents and soft music. I creating a loving environment and a safe place that can unify you with the sacral energy you hold within. I will show you how to love yourself and the beauty of your inner desires as well as your physical body. It is essential to build a connection with your therapist, and a deep link between body and mind can open up your soul to greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of your body and energy flow. Tantric massage therapy is a sharing experience, and many recipients of Tantra massage in Birmingham return for extended tuition and a greater understanding of the principles that form the foundation of the Tantra philosophies.
These massages can enable you to experience sensations and emotions at a much deeper level than you’ve previously felt, and our skilled practitioners will act as your guide through this journey of discovery. There are a wide range of approaches to Tantric massage . It is important to recognise that every Tantric therapeutic Massage session is different. Not just with each different person, but every session too. There is no such thing as a ‘typical’ Tantric Massage session. Each and every experience is personally tailored to suit YOU and your needs in that particular moment, so what I am describing here is a very basic outline of what you may experience.
The sessions usually take place, in my therapy room located in Birmingham city centre When you arrive you will be greeted by a Tantric Massage therapist. The therapist will sit with you while you and go through some simple medical history and payment of any outstanding balance in cash.
You will be given a basket with a robe or sarong and towel and you will take a shower. After changing into the robe or sarong (whichever you prefer) you and one of the beautiful therapists will lead you to the therapy room.
This is a place of calm and relaxation where there is no agenda or expectations. It is a time to chat about your massage experiences, expectations, lifestyle and personal boundaries.
The therapist will answer any questions you may have. It is paramount for the benefit of everyone that you are comfortable and feel at ease with the therapist and the Tantric Massage therapy you are about to experience.
I will then talk with you a little more about the session and I will share some simple Tantric practices such as meditation and breath work, to guide you into a deepened state of relaxation and connection.
We will then move into the Tantric Massage therapy.
You then undress to your level of comfort and lie face-down on the giant futons and cushions.
I will start by massaging your back and entire body with natural non-scented oil, allowing you to relax into the touch and start to receive deeply. At some point I will invite you to turn over and I will continue the massage with the front of your body.
A few words about Tantric Massage
Tantric Massage is a deeply honouring and therapeutic massage that will relax your entire body. It is about enlivening the whole body to a state of deliciousness and aliveness that you may never have felt before. I will guide you in the transformative process of charging your whole body with creative energy, as you start to discover that every cell in your body can be orgasmic.
Tantric Massage therapy is about the whole body, including the reproductive organs and not solely focused on the genitals. Tantric Massage for men and women is about allowing that delicious feeling of bliss, joy or a or whatever you are feeling, to flow through your WHOLE body and not isolate or focus on it in one area only.
Yoni is the Sanskirt word for a woman's reproductive organ. yoni loosly translates into sacred space/ temple.
woman can re- sensitizes their bodies form numbness or lack of body mind connection and improve her relationship with herself. Tantric massage therapy for women invites women to open up a dialoge with her body and integrate her heart into her sexuality by opening up the body and removing block so her energy can flow freely.
Lingham massage. The Sanskrit word for the male reproductive organ is Lingam and is loosely translated as Wand of Light. In Tantra or Sacred Sexuality, the Lingam is respectfully viewed and honoured, as a Wand of Light that channels creative energy and pleasure. Orgasm is not the goal of the Lingam massage although it can be a pleasant and welcome side effect. The goal is to massage the Lingam, including testicles, perineum and sometimes Sacred Spot (prostate) externally, allowing you to unblock to a form of blissful sensations you may not be accustomed to. Men need to learn to relax and receive. Traditional sexual conditioning has the man in a doing and goal oriented mode. The Lingam Massage allows the man to experience his softer, more receptive side and experience presence from a non-traditional perspective. Ejaculation is not the aim or focus of ANY authentic Tantra practice or therapy. If you feel the energy of ejaculation starting to build too much, BREATHE MORE and just lift your hand to let me know. I will help guide your energy into your whole body. If an ejaculation happens accidentally there in no shame or judgment - it’s just NOT what we are aiming for in any Tantric Massage therapy session.
A theraputic Tantric Massage session for you is completely about receiving, about allowing yourself to feel honored , witnessed and respected. It is totally non reciprocal touch as this distracts you from your experience of connecting more intimately with yourself. It is very powerful just to receive, let go of control and surrender to receiving.
Your job is to receive and breathe, then breathe some more. I will show you some Tantric breathing techniques and visualisations to help you expand and experience MORE!
After the massage, I will leave you for 5 or 10 minutes to lie quietly and absorb what you are feeling. When I return, we have a little time to talk about what you have experienced or to ask any questions you may have and to discuss next steps. You may then take a shower before you leave

Tantric Massage is always non reciprocal touch: you will stay in passive receiving mode, accepting the gift of just receiving. Although we will be working with your organic energies as they arises and strong urges may come up for you, there will be no kissing, oral sex or intercourse during the session, and I will initiate all body contact. It is very powerful just to receive, let go of control and surrender, so please do not push boundaries and spoil the session by being dishonourable, otherwise your session will be terminated immediately.

What is Kundalini Reiki?
Reiki means ‘Universal Life Energy’. We can access the Reiki energy via ‘attunement’, during which different energy centres (Chakras) and energy channels (nadis) are opened and strengthened. The energy is then channelled for healing through our hands; switching on the energy, just by intention. Reiki can be channelled for people, animals, plants, water etc.
The Kundalini energy is also referred to as the ‘Kundalini Fire’ or ‘Serpent Fire’. It is possible to accelerate our personal development process by opening the Kundalini. Basically, Kundalini means that certain healing channels and chakras have been opened, and we can thereby gain access to the Earth's energy. The Root chakra, which is the energy centre located near the coccyx, acts as an entrance for the Kundalini energy. Thereafter, the energy runs all the way up through the body, through the main energy channel, and out of the Crown chakra. This energy channel goes from the Root chakra to the Crown chakra on the top of the head. An open Kundalini means that over a period of time, a complete cleansing of the chakras, the body parts and the energy channels is obtained.
A person who has had difficulties with premature Kundalini awakening, or who is experiencing blockages with the Kundalini energy, may be helped with Kundalini Reiki. Kundalini Reiki will not cause a full blown kundalini awakening if the individual isn’t ready for it; rather I feel that it helps the majority of people to access a part of this energy. Just as one healing session of conventional reiki can cause a spontaneous kundalini awakening if the person is ready, so can attunements to other healing modalities also cause an awakening if the person is ready. The Kundalini awakening isn’t exclusive to Kundalini Reiki, but Kundalini Reiki will assist in opening chakras that other reiki systems do not open.

Energy balancing and realignment Healing
The most important thing in a kundalini bodywork session is that the person who is receiving feels safe. Once that is in place, there is a possibility for the body to open, and there can be a level of vulnerability experienced.
Once the person is in a state of allowance, then by placing one hand over the heart, to create feelings of safety, and one over the genitals, you can begin to cultivate sexual energy without touching the body directly.
During a session, the emotional body is contacted. The emotional body is part of our auric field, and is situated quite close to the physical body. What this means is that the person who is receiving is able to experience their emotions throughout the body, as well as experiencing their sexual energy being stimulated from a distance.
Once this energy has been cultivated in the genitals, it can be moved up the body, through the chakra system. Sexual energy is moved from the genitals all the way up through the crown of the head. This can lead to the experience of a full body orgasm.
Moving blockages for most people, however, the energy from the genitals connects with energetic blockages in the body, and it is used to clear whatever blockages arise in those areas:
What generally arises for people in the first few sessions is the emotions associated with their sexual conditioning, such as guilt, shame and fear, as well as the emotional stories of their life.
And exactly because of these blockages, it is rare that somebody goes straight into a full body orgasm on the first try.
What we are looking to is to move to that state where the energy moves freely, from the genitals to the crown. For most people, there is a journey to get there, a journey through the blockages.
If we can view sexual energy as a healing energy, we can open up to very deep healing.
